MEETING THE SPIRIT WORLD

Context

This page documents a 2013 PK-based communication session witnessed by Professor Emerita Bente Gullveig Alver (University of Bergen).
The same document is linked from two sections of the site:
Metapsychics Research (historical documentation) and Cold Case PK Protocol™ (PK evidence relevant to the yes/no confirmation system).
It is not a cold case itself and is not part of the Spirit ID Method™.

On 7 March 2013, Bente Gullveig Alver Professor Emerita Bente Gullveig Alver (University of Bergen), author of the biography of Anna Elisabeth Westerlund, attended a session in which PK‑based communication took place.
Audible telekinetic thuds responded to questions addressed to Westerlund, whom Professor Alver had known personally for over 24 years.

1. PK-Based Verification (Historical Method)

This early communication method belongs to the PK system — an external and physical anomaly — and is independent of the modern Spirit ID (SID) method.

PK Communication Protocol

  • 1 thud = YES
  • 2 thuds = NO

PK communication is observable, audible, and measurable, offering empirical support for survival of consciousness after death.

Empirical Basis in Metapsychics

Empirical evidence in this context includes:

  • Observability — phenomena can be seen, heard, or recorded.
  • Verifiability — multiple witnesses may confirm the events.
  • Repeatability — PK signals can recur under similar conditions.

2. Audio Excerpt — PK Session (2013)

Listener Note – Please Read Before Listening

The deep breathing audible in this recording is normal physiological breathing associated with the altered state used during the session. It is not part of the communication and carries no meaning or intention.

Communication in this session occurs exclusively through the physical PK thuds, using the predefined code: 1 thud = YES, 2 thuds = NO.

Most listeners find that once the recording begins, attention naturally shifts to the PK responses. Please keep this in mind while listening — the purpose of the audio is to document the thuds, not the surrounding sounds of the altered-state environment.

Translated PK Dialogue (From Norwegian & Danish)

All responses are expressed through telekinetic thuds:
one thud = YES, two thuds = NO.

Bente Gullveig Alver: Can I ask you something, Anna?

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: YES (one thud)

Bente Gullveig Alver: Anna, you once said that miracles would happen at your grave in the cemetery where you are buried. Do you know if miracles happened after you died at that grave?

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: NO (two thuds)

Bente Gullveig Alver: No, because I don’t know anyone who could tell me about it.

Britt Hysing‑Dahl: Where was that grave?

Bente Gullveig Alver: She is buried in Oslo.

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: Anna confirms with YES (one thud)

Bente Gullveig Alver: She was born in Hamarøy but buried in Oslo where she lived most of the time.

Britt Hysing‑Dahl: She lived in Oslo before the war, right?

Bente Gullveig Alver: Yes, she had no contact with her family. I hope she is not as lonely now as she was here. She had many people around her, but not family.

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: Anna confirms with YES (one thud)

Britt Hysing‑Dahl: You can ask if she’s okay.

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: Anna confirms with YES (one thud)

Bente Gullveig Alver: Can I ask if she is okay?

Anna Elisabeth Westerlund: Anna confirms with YES (one thud)

Bente Gullveig Alver: Yes, I think so.

4. Important Conceptual Clarification

The PK‑based method documented in 2013 involves external telekinetic responses.
This belongs to the PK system within Metapsychics.

Today, Spirit ID (SID) is understood as a separate, modern method based on:

  • internal impulses
  • clarity patterns
  • altered-state perception
  • no PK or external effects
  • fully conscious, intentional process

PK is an external anomalous system.
Spirit ID is an internal clarity-based identification system.
They can appear in the same research line, but they remain separate and coherent.
